Helios Publishing is a new breed of small press. We pay our authors advances and standard royalties as a traditional publisher, yet utilize a mixture of offset printing and the latest on-demand technology to maximize flexibility.

Our model is to release a high-quality jacketed Hardcover first edition internationally, then follow up by either issuing a paperback print run, or arrange mass-market publication with a larger publisher.

Helios aims to discover the best unknown talent and undiscovered gems in fiction. We will not limit our slate to any particular genre, however to attract our attention a novel must possess a unique slant, an element not seen before, or a risky approach of top-shelf quality that may slip through the cracks at a larger publishing house.
